We have been advised that the Printers had given this block and one other block of 6 out to a specialised person to try to over come the buckling that was being caused by the printing process and can clearly be seen as a vertical buckle down the 3rd row of 3 stamps. UNLISTED and we believe this to be a UNIQUE IMPERFORATE BLOCK |
