1873 - 1934: Three columns listed, left to right = Unhinged Mint, Hinged Mint, Fine Used
1935 Onwards: Two columns listed, left to right = Unhinged Mint, Fine Used
UNHINGED MINT (UHM) (**): Stamps with full original undisturbed gum
MINT (*): stamps with full gum but have been hinged at least once
USED: Stamps with good postmarks of the period
FIRST DAY COVERS (FDC): Envelope with a set of stamps, postmarked on the first day of issue. Covers before 1970 are addressed, and covers from # 435 are un-addressed
HEALTH MINIATURE SHEETS (HMS): These are listed in 3 columns. From left to right they are : Perfect UHM. The middle column is for lightly hinged or slightly faulty UHM, and the right hand column is for fine used with postmarks dated during the period of issue.
POSTAL FISCALS: Prices are for postally used examples. Frequently these stamps (plus higher denominations) were used for Revenue/Receipting purposes, having pen cancels, punched holes or embossing. These are worth a small fraction of the prices listed for postally used. This also applies for some of the earlier general issues.
CINDERELLAS: Generally are labels used for promotion of an event and not valid for postage. l A handy check list space by each stamp listed enables the marking off of the stamp obtained and therefore leaves the ones needed as a blank.
PRICES QUOTED: For stamps in perfect condition. Second grade stamps are often available at a fraction of the prices listed.
Stamps listed at less than $2.00 represent a handling charge only.

HOW TO ORDER

List the Catalogue Number required and state whether you require UHM, Mint or Used for each stamp (see order form in the centre of the Catalogue, if it is missing then please request one from us). Payment can be made by cheque, cash, Bank Draft, Visa/Bankcard/MasterCard/Amex(show full number, expiry date and name on card). Personal Cheques of most hard currencies are acceptable with no extra charges being made for conversion. However, for new clients, goods may be held for up to 5 weeks to allow the clearance of that cheque.

POSTAGE

Inland Clients are required to add $1.00 to orders under $200.00, or $5.00 to orders over $200.00 to help cover postage, packing and insurance. ALL PRICES INCLUDE G.S.T.
Overseas Clients are required to add $3.00 to orders under $200.00 or $10.00 to orders over $200.00 to help cover postage, packing and insurance. As listed prices include local tax, please deduct 10% to compensate for this.
